Simplex Offering Customers New Radiant Flooring Heating Option

Thursday, July 31st, 2008

Simplex Industries has announced they have chosen Viega Radiant Heating Systems as their exclusive vendor to provide radiant heating systems for their customers. Viega introduced a new radiant system option that is uniquely suited for the high quality construction work done by Simplex. The new system also offers customers considerable savings on their energy bills.

“After exploring many different options, we’ve chosen Viega’s Climate Panel System,” said David Boniello, Vice President of Manufacturing and Development for Simplex Industries. “The Viega system uses 48” long by ½” thick panels backed with aluminum, making them highly energy efficient for our customers and easy to install. This system also helps our customers control their energy costs when compared to other radiant systems.”

Viega features special U-Turn panels which allow the radiant heating tubing to be turned at each end of the panel to connect with the next row. The fact the panels allow for pre-assembly makes them dramatically faster to install, easy to carry and easy to handle. Up to 20 square feet of the Viega system can be installed at once.

“Offering this system gives Simplex a number of advantages over our competitors,” said David Boniello of Simplex. “Our customers are excited about the energy efficiency as well as the fact we can install both electric and non-electric controls to monitor the equipment. This is absolutely the very best radiant heating option available for our industry.” Viega Radiant Heating Systems says their products conservatively offer energy savings of 15% and typically offer up to 50% lower energy bills. According to Viega, the system also requires lower thermostat settings, lower water temperatures and provides added re-sale value to homes.
