Simplex offers in-house financing through our affiliate, Simplex Industries Mortgage Company (SIMCO). SIMCO is in fact actively lending to qualified customers. Simplex Industries Mortgage Company has competitive rates and now is a great time to buy. SIMCO is currently offering to waive up to $2000 of your closing costs when you finance with them.

I see where you offering financing. In light of what I hear on the news I was wondering if you are really lending to those who want to build a new home with you?

Thank you for your comments.

In regards to MSRP in relationship to modular home products there are various issues that make up the actual selling price that are controlled by parties other than the manufacture. Depending on the market area these costs can vary considerably due to labor costs, overhead and site related costs that are outside our scope of responsibility. Therefore for us to suggest a selling price that may exceed or undercut the actual sell price could cause confusion or be considered misleading.

Pertaining to your comment relating to Park Model Custom Homes, we feel that you may have a valid point since there are limited costs associated with the site work and the majority of the cost is controlled by the manufacture. We will give this future consideration.

Thank you,
Simplex Administrator

How many new cars do you think would get sold if there was no price on the window or no MSRP at the manufacturers website? Studies show that when homes or cars are advertised with a price, they get more attention than those without one. How about putting some base price ranges on your website, especially for the Park Models?
