The Arlington 2 Story is a stately home that offers generous sized rooms, decorative columns, built in bookshelves and a spacious kitchen with a large prep area. The second floor features a private home office and an oversized master suite with a compartmentalized master bath that includes a one-piece shower and whirlpool bath. The Arlington’s exterior is highlighted by a reverse gable dormer with decorative vent and optional high pitched hip roof, garage with dormers, double sidelights with surround on the front door, window grills, raised panel shutters, window mantles, elongated windows and gable eave returns.

Note: Stonework can be added on site.

Simplex featured on NBC’s The Office!

Did you catch the episode of The Office where Michael Scott attended the job fair? If so, you saw a Simplex banner proudly displayed as actors Steve Carell (Michael Scott) and Jenna Fisher (Pam) check out the booths at the show.

We received a last minute call late on a Friday afternoon from a producer from The Office asking if Simplex wanted to be featured on an upcoming episode. We quickly put together the banner and shipped it out to California in time to make the Saturday shooting schedule of show. The fact TheOffice takes place in “Scranton, PA”, which is also our hometown, makes the show a big hit in the
area.

This isn’t the first time Simplex has been on national television. Bob Vila’s Home Again TV show featured multiple episodes on the construction of a Simplex Home. Bob followed the progress of the Simplex home from design through construction to set up on the homeowner’s property.
